This would give him an approximate birth date of 1754.1 He married Martha Smith circa 1780.2 Marriage banns for he and Susanna Pottinger were published on 14 Jan 1815 at Nelson Co, KY; Marriage bond was issued to Henry Dismore and Mrs. Susan Brown, widow of Robert Brown. Signed by John Dismore. No record of return.3,4 He died circa 1816; Herny Dismore Sr. does not appear in the tax records of Nelson Co., KY after 1815 and son John appears to have his land in 1817.5

She her guardian is listed on her marriage license as William White; In a letter to the Hardin Co. Clerk, he says he acknowledges and gives permission to Miss Sally Dismore to marry Daniel Briant. She was living with White as she had neither and Father or Mother living. Witnesses include Wm. Berryman, William Coleman and John ????. No other records in probates, wills or court order books on 29 Aug 1822 at Little York, Hardin Co, KY.67
